The Society holds its Annual General Meeting at the beginning of each academic year. For the 2026 academic year, the meeting will be held on Saturday, June 6, in a hybrid format (in-person and online). Following the General Meeting, the Award Ceremony and a commemorative lecture by the award recipient will take place.
We kindly ask all regular members to indicate their attendance for the day by completing and submitting the following Google Form by Monday, May 25: https://forms.gle/3EkRv1wuoE3zVTNw5 

As this form also serves as a proxy for quorum purposes, we would greatly appreciate your response even if you are unable to attend.
Associate members and student members are welcome to attend the General Meeting as observers.
